your information we aim to be fair and transparent, and to follow

used for administering Promotionalcodes.ie membership, activities
and competitions. Promotionalcodes.ie is the data controller for the
purpose of GDPR [and the Data Protection Act 2018]. If you have any

Collecting information
We collect your information when you fill in membership application
or renewal forms, and competition event entry forms. You can give us
your information using paper forms or online forms. The information
you give us may include your contact details (name, address,
telephone number, email address), personal information and
identifiers (date of birth , membership number, competition licence
number), and other information (vehicle details). When you give us
information about another person, such as a child, parent, guardian,
or emergency contact you should let that person know that you have
given us the information.
Registration
In order to use extra features such as the competition tracker, you
must first register with the website by completing a registration
form. All details are required on the registration form. During
registration, you are required to give your contact information
(such as name and email address) and some demographic information so
we can provide a more personalised experience of the website. This
information is also used to contact you about those services on the
website in which you have expressed an interest. The data we collect
from you may be transferred to and stored at, a destination located
outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”). By providing
information to the website you expressly consent to such information
being transferred or stored outside of the EEA. Unfortunately, the
transmission of information via the internet is not completely
secure and although we take all reasonable steps to protect your
personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of it. Any

to stop using your information, and to delete it, although we may
maintain a skeleton set of your information. If you ask us to do
this we will not be able to continue our contract with you. You may
